By creating an account or using Kalori, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and accept these terms. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.
Kalori provides nutritional and fitness tracking features for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any diet or exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of Kalori — including the app design, AI models, and branding — are owned by Yumlo and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Content you create in the app (custom foods, recipes, group posts) remains yours. By posting in public groups, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yumlo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kalori. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morocco.
